Returns
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All personalised items or custom items are non-refundable, unless faulty. All other items can be returned for a refund or exchange if they are in their original packaging within 30 days.
Please note that the cost of postage is non refundable and the cost of returning an item to us is the responsibility of the client and non refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Personalised items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Address
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 81 High Street, Worthing, BN11 1DN, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for refunds to appear in your account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shinybomb.co.uk and send your item to: 81 High Street, Worthing, BN11 1DN, United Kingdom.
Shipping
Completed orders - We aim to ship completed orders within 24 hours of your order being made. Your order will be sent out using the delivery method chosen at checkout. Deliveries are Monday to Friday only.
In-Store Collection – Free – This is made the same day (cut off time is 11am Monday to Friday) and will be ready for collection by 4pm. Orders placed after 11am will be ready for collection the following working day by 4pm.
Standard Delivery – Cost £2.95 – This is made within 4 business days and estimated to arrive within 4 working days of being shipped
Express Delivery – Cost £15.00 – This is made next business day (cut of time 11am Monday to Friday) expected to arrive wthin 2 working day of being shipped.
Next Day Service - Cost £25.00 – This is made the same day (cut off time is 11am Monday to Friday) and is expected to arrive, next business day before midday.
Express and Next day services will require a signature and we cannot provide refunds for this if a delivery is attemtped but no one was available to sign.
Please note that due to COVID, delivery times, on rare occasions, can be slower than normal.
