Frequently Asked Questions

You can order on our website or visit our store and order in person.

We aim to have all order made and ready for dispatch within 24 hours on Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be made on the following Monday.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of your order being made. Your order will be sent out using the delivery method chosen at checkout. Deliveries are Monday to Friday only.

Standard Delivery – This is now estimated to arrive within 4 working days of being shipped

Express Delivery – This is expected to arrive wthin 2 working day of being shipped.

Next Day Delivery - This is expected to arrive, next day before midday. The cut off for next day delivery is 11am. All order past this time will go out the following day.

Express and Next day services will require a signature and we cannot provide refunds for this if a delivery is attemtped but no one was available to sign.

Please note that due to COVID, delivery times, on rare occasions, can be slower than normal.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has already started to be made then it can not be modified.

All of our designs are made in-house by our team of specialist jewellers. 

All designs that can be personalised have options to personalise on the product page. If a design doesn't have these options then it can't be personalised unfortunately.

All items come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects. This excludes chains that come with a 2 month warranty.

For all repair inquiries, please email us. Please include your name, proof of purchase, and a description and photo of the damage to help us provide you with an accurate repair quote.

All repairs will be complete within 2 months of when we receive them.

Completed orders - We aim to ship completed orders within 24 hours of your order being made. Your order will be sent out using the delivery method chosen at checkout. Deliveries are Monday to Friday only.

In-Store Collection – Free – This is made the same day (cut off time is 11am Monday to Friday) and will be ready for collection by 4pm. Orders placed after 11am will be ready for colelction the following working day by 4pm.

Standard Delivery – Cost £6.95 – This is made within 4 business days and estimated to arrive within 4 working days of being shipped

Express Delivery – Cost £15.00 – This is made next business day (cut of time 11am Monday to Friday) expected to arrive wthin 2 working day of being shipped.

Next Day Service - Cost £25.00 – This is made the same day (cut off time is 11am Monday to Friday) and is expected to arrive, next business day before midday.

All personalised items or custom items are non-refundable, unless faulty. All other items can be returned for a refund or exchange if they are in their original packaging within 30 days. 

Please note that the cost of postage is non refundable and the cost of returning an item to us is the responsibility of the client and non refundable.
